Announcement: WCF Web API is now ASP.NET Web API! ASP.NET Web API released with ASP.NET MVC 4 Beta. The WCF Web API and WCF support for jQuery content on this site wll removed by the end of 2012.

This release includes BigShelf, the sample application that Brad Olenick showed during his MIX11 RIA/JS presentation. Check out the BigShelf sample that gets installed under %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SDKs\WCF Support for jQuery\Samples. The above installer has everything you need for you to run the sample and explore the code. One thing to keep in mind if you want to run the sample is that if you have WCF RIA Services V1 SP1 installed you have to either upgrade to WCF RIA Services V1 SP2 Preview (see link below) or uninstall WCF RIA Services V1 SP1, otherwise the sample will fail.
