Have found following post

http://wcf.codeplex.com/discussions/276581 - Go Live?

"You can go-live on Preview 5, but you are basically doing so at your own risk. We are not providing support for Preview 5 (other than answering questions on the discussion forums) so you will need to make sure that you test your system. Also, the API is still churning a fair amount, so you should expect breaking changes in future releases.

Does it mean that I can use Preview 6 in production?

Today have found following answer

http://wcf.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=WCF%20Web%20API%20FAQ

...

Q: Can I use the code on this site in production?

A: The current license allows you to deploy the code within your own environments, this includes exposing Web APIs on your company’s web servers or their hosting providers. It does not allow you to redeploy the code such as HttpClient within a product or to other customers.

This is date of Web API Preview 5 release. From this, and also from license, I am making couclusion that deployment to production servers is allowed, but deployment of HttpClient and other components to client machines is not allowed.

If I've made some mistakes in conclusions, please, correct me.
