Test Client does not work in Azure

I have created WCF REST API and it works perfect localy - test client page, help and operations work just fine. In Azure Emulator and in Azure test client page does not work.

After investigation, I found that if I specify the whole URL:

http://[server].cloudapp.net/api/v1/hostme/test/home

I can see the page, but test methods do not work because test client resolves server as http://rd00155d32d0..../api/v1/HostMe   Looks like if you want to have test client functional behind load balancer , you need to specify somehow service public name.
